I am honored to announce my candidacy for Mayor of the Fairbanks North Star Borough, the town where I was born and raised. I am deeply proud of the potential, beauty, and uniqueness of our community.
We stand at a crossroads, needing experienced and passionate leadership to guide us toward a thriving, growing Borough. I believe that the best path to success comes through collaboration, regardless of party or geography. By building bridges and creating partnerships, we can tackle Fairbanks’ biggest challenges. From housing and education shortfalls to energy costs, downtown revitalization, childcare, economic opportunities, and a declining population—together, we can overcome these hurdles and more.
I believe in our entire community: our people, our families, our businesses, and the possibilities we can achieve through hard work and perseverance.
As your former representative, I brought fresh energy and collaborative solutions to the table. Now, I’m running for Fairbanks North Star Borough Mayor to ensure a strong future for our economy and community. With my background in Fairbanks’ public schools and years of legislative experience, I know what it takes to address our challenges and seize our opportunities.
